Mirror Mirror Policies

IN-PERSON APPOINTMENTS

In person appointments: $50 deposit required for booking and 24-hour cancellation notification required to avoid forfeiting deposit. The deposit will be deducted from final cost of service at checkout.

Deposit exception for consultation/skin analysis/ treatment planning where full payment is required.

VIRTUAL  APPOINTMENTS

Payment required for booking and 12-hour cancellation notification required to avoid forfeiting payment.

All clients are voluntarily participating in treatment by Mirror Mirror Skin Co LLC and  agree to indemnify and hold harmless against any and all claims, suits or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise brought by the client or anyone on the client’s behalf, including attorney’s fees and any related costs, if litigation arises pursuant to any claims made by the client or by anyone else acting on the client’s behalf.

PAYMENT POLICY

Cash, Zelle and Credit Cards are the accepted payment options. All services are subject to NY sales tax.

All late arrivals after 15 minutes without notification will incur a $30 surcharge. All no-show appointments will incur a $50 surcharge.

NO REFUNDS
